We receive this data automatically from your browser or Internet provider. This data is stored in log files for 14 days. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. f) DSGVO exclusively to enable you to visit our website and in accordance with item 1. c) for statistical purposes. We have an interest in ensuring that our website is displayed correctly. The collection of this data is not required by law or contract; however, for technical reasons, it is not possible to use the website without collecting this data.

b) Cookies
We also use session cookies and permanent cookies. Cookies are small files which contain an identification number assigned by us. Cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device when you call up our website. If you call up our website again, your computer or mobile device can be recognised by means of this identification number. Cookies facilitate your navigation through our website and help us to adapt the design and content of our website to your expectations. Permanent cookies that are created when using the website originate from Google Analytics (see 2. c below).

We are entitled to set session cookies in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO. The purpose of session cookies is that you do not have to re-enter data (login, choice of website language) on our website, even if you visit other websites in between. Session cookies are deleted after closing the browser. Permanent cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO and, if you give your consent, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO.

You can also visit our website without cookies; in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of the website. There is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to use cookies. c) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google). Google uses cookies (see above). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is generally transmitted to Google in the USA, where it is stored and evaluated. The same applies to your anonymous IP address. In addition, Google Analytics processes the data contained in the log files, the Internet address of the website that you called up before visiting our website (referrer URL) and the search term with which you found our website via a search engine. Google will process this data on our behalf in order to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports on the activities within our website and to provide us with further services associated with the use of our website. Google Analytics uses the data contained in the log files, e.g. to compile statistics on the access and use of our website. The processed data can be used to create pseudonymous user profiles of visitors to this website. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymisation. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to Google in the USA and only shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser is not merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. You can also prevent the processing of the data generated by the cookie by downloading and installing the plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

For the exceptional cases in which Google transfers data to the USA, Google has submitted to the "EU-US Privacy Shield". The European Commission has decided in its Adequacy Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 that this provides an adequate level of data protection.

The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO and, if you are a customer of Google, possibly on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 a) or b) DSGVO. We have a justified economic interest in adapting our website to the needs of visitors to our website on the basis of the evaluation of the above-mentioned statistics and in using these statistics for internal market research.
